“Early Childhood Education & Consulting” offers quality CECPD-approved formal training on a variety of topics for early childhood educators in Oklahoma. Our staff are early childhood and health professionals with expertise in child development, early childhood education, and health & safety. We are well versed in OK DHS licensing requirements and the QRIS Star’s Rating System. In addition to trainings, we offer individualized technical assistance for your center or family child care home.

Meet Joyce
Joyce Reynolds graduated from nursing school in 1979 with a BSN from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, NY. Over the years she has worked as a registered nurse in a variety of inpatient and outpatient roles, mainly in Pediatrics. In 2008, she began her work as a Child Care Health & Safety Consultant in Tulsa and surrounding areas where her passion has become to educate Early Childhood professionals to ensure that all Early Childhood programs provide healthy, safe environments where children can learn and grow.
Joyce has been married to her husband, Gary for 42 years. Together they have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. In her spare time, Joyce enjoys reading, painting, boating and exercising.
Meet Jessica
Jessica Smith has been a Child Care Consultant for 7 years in Oklahoma and has worked in various childcare settings since receiving her BA in Child Development. She enjoys providing educational training and technical assistance to childcare providers to enhance each child's childcare experience. With over 20 years of knowledge in child care and early childhood education, Jessica enjoys working with childcare providers to improve the environments for young children in their most formative years of learning! When Jessica isn't working she spends time with her family, doing cool activities with her children.
